Aria

4 blocks — 36 units — Multifamily residential development

At 36 units across four blocks, Aria works at a scale where every design decision is legible to the people living inside it. The planning focuses on how blocks are positioned relative to each other to maximize unit yield without sacrificing the quality of shared circulation and courtyard space between them.

The project demonstrates that density does not require large unit counts to be efficient. The block arrangement achieves strong site coverage while keeping each residential block at a scale that feels considered rather than overwhelming. Courtyard proportions are calibrated to serve residents daily — not to photograph well from above.

The result is a development model that translates directly to infill sites where land is constrained and every square foot of buildable area must perform.
