A large-scale multifamily residential development organized across multiple building blocks, each positioned to establish a clear relationship with the site, with adjacent structures, and with the shared spaces that run between them. The project operates at two scales simultaneously: as a single development with a coherent architectural identity, and as a collection of buildings that each maintain their own residential character.

The planning strategy prioritizes the quality of the in-between — the courtyards, passages, and communal areas that give a multi-block development its sense of place. These spaces are not residual. They are programmed, considered, and proportioned to serve the residents who move through them daily. The result is a development where density is present but the experience of living within it remains grounded and human in scale.
